TIMBERLINE VILLAGE

The first of our properties is a beautiful multi-level town home in Timberline Village, one of the complexes closest to the main village. The town home offers views of Mt Morrisey and Mt Tod. On 1200 sq ft (111 sq m) you will find a functional garage for all your ski, mountain bike or golf equipment needs, a full bright open kitchen situated between the dining and living area with a queen size sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3 decks and a private new hot tub off the living room, which is running year round. All this within a 5 minute stroll to the main village. Sleeps six guests.

Our Services

Ski in... Ski Out

Most of the winter season there is enough snow for guests to experience ski out through the main village, and a very easy ski in right to the front door.

Private Hot Tub

Serviced year round, the private hot tub seats six guests comfortably and delivers one of the best views in Sun Peaks. Equally relaxing in summer and winter.

Fully Stocked Kitchen

Sugar, flour, olive oil, vinegar, a selection of 28 herbs and spices, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are stocked for your convenience. You will also find all small appliances.

Ideal Changing Place

As your car is parked outside, the private garage offers a spacious and safe space for your winter equipment, as well as mountain bikes or golf bags.

TV & Netflix

You will find a total of 3 TVs, Netflix and a Playstation 3. The living room offers a 60" TV. In addition the king bedroom has a 48" TV, and there is another TV in the bunk bedroom.

Hot Tub Towels & Amenities

Guests will have six hot tub towels for use during their stay, comfortably located in the basket next to the hot tub deck.

Hotel amenities are provided in both bathrooms.

Free Parking

Parking for one car right in front of your own garage. Limited Visitor Parking spots might be available. Overnight parking on P5 can be booked and paid online with Sun Peaks Resort.

Laundry Facilities

Guests will conveniently find the washer/dryer combination in the closet in the king bedroom. Laundry detergent is provided. As of course are all the linen and towels.

Great family getaway!

This condo was very well appointed and stocked for our family of 5. It has everything you need in the kitchen - even a toaster oven and electric kettle! The knives are sharp and the pans are of decent quality! The owner was extremely responsive and either answered immediately or got right back to us throughout the trip. She even forwarded info about a lift closure to us! Hot tub is large enough for at least 5! Never ran out of hot water. Location is more ski in than ski out (snow level depending) but the short walk to the village gets you warmed up on colder days. We will definitely stay here again!
